1. Subject matter
The competition publicised by the Fondation Beyeler regarding the "Matisse – Invitation to the Voyage" exhibition is organised and operated by Beyeler Museum AG.
The prizes will be provided by the Fondation Beyeler and its various partner companies.
No purchase required: participants are under no obligation to purchase goods in order to enter or win this competition.
Participants’ details will only be used for the draw and to notify the winners.
The processing of personal data is governed by the data protection guidelines, which form an integral part of these competition terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility
This competition is open to all natural persons worldwide aged 18 and over.
Employees of the Fondation Beyeler and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries, or their immediate family (spouses, children, siblings and parents), are not eligible to participate. Employees of the cooperation partner in question are also excluded from participating in the competition. Only one entry may be made per person, per address.
Any violation of the aforementioned provisions will result in the exclusion of the participant(s). The participant in question is solely responsible for the receipt of their entry. The Fondation Beyeler is not liable for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information. Incorrect information will automatically be declared invalid and will result in the exclusion of the participant concerned. By entering this competition, participants give their full and unconditional consent to these official, complete terms and conditions of participation and recognise that the decisions of the Fondation Beyeler are final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.
3. Participation and prize draw
It is possible to participate in the "Matisse – Invitation to the Voyage" competition by:
The winners will be selected at random and notified by email after the competition. The decision is final.
The deadline for entry is Saturday, 21 September 2024 at 11:59 pm.
The winner will be announced 14 days after the end of the competition.
The Fondation Beyeler will attempt to contact the winner by email up to twice.
The winner shall lose their entitlement to the prize if they do not respond within 14 days of the second attempt at contact; the Fondation Beyeler reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
4. Prices

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed in cash.
Receipt of prizes: please expect it to take up to 14 days for the prizes to be delivered.
5. Applicable law
All issues and questions regarding the structure, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these general terms and conditions of participation or the rights and the obligations of participants and the Fondation Beyeler in connection with the competition are subject to Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of the rules of private international law (PIL) and including all questions of interpretation, to the exclusion of choice-of-law clauses or conflict-of-law provisions of other jurisdictions.
The Fondation Beyeler reserves the right to cancel the competition or to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
